In a collaboration with the William Morris Gallery, we have created a collection of socks inspired by the Victorian artist's design and ethos - the perfect modern-day fusion of beautiful designs and the finest traditions of British manufacturing.

'Evenlode' designed in 1883 was a pattern derived from Persian and seventeenth-century Italian velvets and is a masterpiece of indigo discharge. The printing of this pattern involved the use of thirty-three different printing blocks.

Fit & Specification

Our mid-calf/crew socks offer a snug and supportive fit that offers breathable comfort and stretch without losing shape. The women's crew length is 8' and finishes at the mid-calf, with a small ribbed cuff which stays in place without slipping or feeling too tight around the leg. The fabric is a lightweight flat knit cotton and our expertly finished toe seams are smooth and comfortable during wear and have a reinforced heel for durability. Available in S/M and L/XL. Crafted from 75% Cotton 25% Nylon offering a luxuriously soft feel against the skin. Breathable and moisture-wicking, our bestselling everyday sock provide all-day comfort and freshness . Our cotton mix is beautifully comfortable providing an excellent fit and durability whilst retaining its colour. Wash at 30'C and avoid tumble drying.
